Mind, Body, Soul

Learning

I'm always reminded that a sustainable lifestyle requires a steady balance between our mind, body, and soul. Although I'm no expert, I'm continuously learning as I get older to reduce chaos and implement simple, effective practices that support my development.

Practicing

I have been practicing the art of stillness for a while now, but it's not an easy exercise to follow in a media-induced world. Yet, I have learned to train my mind to be quiet and bring awareness and peace to the present moment. We often become anxious in our day-to-day lives, but all it takes is a little patience to slow down and clear our minds. Stillness allows us to make wise decisions and release tensions created by impatience.

Loving

It's not new information that I have decided to prioritize my health in all aspects of my life, including physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I take micro steps every day to maintain a balanced ecosystem and ensure that my daily choices have a positive impact on my future. Even though I may not always get it right or feel like it, I choose to remain disciplined in applying actions and habits that will benefit me and my peers in the long run.
